The shuttle bus will be running to and from the hotel and Round Hill starting at 3:45pm. We will need to do at least 2 runs of the bus to get everyone there. With that in mind please try and get to the hotel quickly after the church so you can check in and make your way to the shuttle bus out front.
For those staying at the other hotel, we are asking that you get to the Holiday Inn Express to take the shuttle over. The shuttle will take you back to your hotel at the end of the night but we can not work out the timing to have it pick you up before 5pm, which is after the cocktail hour starts.
Perhaps someone staying at the Holiday Inn can pick you up. Perhaps you can take a taxi over. Or you can drive over and work out how to get your car back in the morning (via a taxi or a ride). PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SHUTTLE WILL ONLY PICK UP FROM THE HOLIDAY INN.
