The shuttle bus will be running to and from the hotel and Round Hill starting at 3:45pm. We will need to do at least 2 runs of the bus to get everyone there. With that in mind please try and get to the hotel quickly after the church so you can check in and make your way to the shuttle bus out front.
For those staying at the other hotel, we are asking that you get to the Holiday Inn Express to take the shuttle over. The shuttle will take you back to your hotel at the end of the night but we can not work out the timing to have it pick you up before 5pm, which is after the cocktail hour starts.
Perhaps someone staying at the Holiday Inn can pick you up. Perhaps you can take a taxi over. Or you can drive over and work out how to get your car back in the morning (via a taxi or a ride). PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SHUTTLE WILL ONLY PICK UP FROM THE HOLIDAY INN.

AREA ATTRACTIONS: Things to do in the area
Colonial Lanes and GW's Sports Grill - We are planning on heading over here after the wedding Saturday night but it would also be a great spot to kill some time if you are up Friday night or Saturday before the wedding.
Blooming Hill Farm - We fell in love with this local farm when we were planning the wedding. They have the best farm stand I have seen, which is an old barn where you can see hundreds of garlic heads hanging and drying. They have breakfast, baked good, herbs, veggies, fruits and more. They even have a little brook that runs next to the barn with seats right there to enjoy yourself. If you're staying over Friday night we suggest going here for breakfast on Saturday morning, or stop by after brunch on Sunday to grab some produce on the way home.
NY Renaissance Faire - Saturday's and Sunday's in August and September
Brotherhood Winery - The oldest winery in the US is just beautiful. You must check out their tasting room and take a quick tour. They also have the Vinum Cafe, which is where we are hosting the rehearsal dinner for the wedding party on Thursday night.
Pine Hill Farm - 3298 Route 94, Chester, NY - grab some local produce before heading back home. This farm has been kind enough to let us take pictures after our ceremony so please support them if you can.
Sugar Loaf Craft Village - A craft village just a few miles from the hotel. Maybe head over Saturday morning and stroll around the village and check out all the shops.

For everyone staying over in the area Saturday night, please join us Sunday morning from 11am to 1pm at Loughran's Irish Pub for breakfast.Loughran's Irish pub is located at 10 Schoolhouse Road, Salisbury Mills, NY, basically right on rt. 94.

Make a right onto 17m from hotel driveway. Make first left onto rt. 94 east. Drive almost exactly 10 miles, through Washingtonville and past the Brotherhood Winery. Once you enter the town of Salisbury Mills, the venue will be on the right hand side.

Hotel Information
We have reserved rooms at The Holiday Inn Express in Chester, NY for our guests who would like to spend the night. We will be staying there on our wedding night.

In order to provide a shuttle to and from the hotel you must call the hotel directly - you can not book online. Please book soon - the hotel is very busy that weekend and we need to show them that we can fill a lot of rooms.
Rooms rates are $135 for a regular and $145 for a suite.
Shuttle Bus: We will provide a shuttle bus from the hotel to Round Hill House and back. Shuttles will run from 4pm to 11:30pm so whenever you want to head back the shuttle will be available. Round Hill House is only a ten minute drive but we urge everyone to be safe and please take the shuttle.
