Hotel Information

We have reserved rooms at The Holiday Inn Express in Chester, NY for our guests who would like to spend the night.  We will be staying there on our wedding night.

HOTEL WEBSITE - DIRECTIONS TO HOTEL

YOU MUST CALL THE HOTEL AND REFERENCE THE MEAD-FULTON WEDDING TO GET THE GROUP RATE.  845.469.3000.  In order to provide a shuttle to and from the hotel you must call the hotel directly  - you can not book online.  Please book soon - the hotel is very busy that weekend and we need to show them that we can fill a lot of rooms.

Rooms rates are $135 for a regular and $145 for a suite.

Shuttle Bus:  We will provide a shuttle bus from the hotel to Round Hill House and back.  Shuttles will run from 4pm to 11:30pm so whenever you want to head back the shuttle will be available.  Round Hill House is only a ten minute drive but we urge everyone to be safe and please take the shuttle.

With the ceremony being at 2:30pm and the reception at 4:30pm we suggest checking into the hotel in between and then taking the shuttle over to Round Hill.
